Once upon a time, I was a part of a Public Access Television collective in Metro Detroit, where he learned how to make analog, guerilla video art with a group of friends.
I got my foot in the door working in a post-house alongside creatives from McCann, Campbell Ewald, Doner and BBDO. I got that job wearing a green 1970's leisure suit, walking in and asking if they would just hire me.
Some years down the road, I moved to LA and eventually animorphed into a creative director working across original content, commercials, music videos, social-first campaigns, experiential builds, activations for entertainment, music, brands, and gaming.
I went on to build out the creative department at IHEARTCOMIX, working with clients such as Marvel Studios, AMEX, Disney, Converse, Spotify, Riot Games, HBO, Dr. Martens, Universal Pictures, TikTok, Beats by Dre, Pabst, and Amazon, which garnered me some Clio, Reggie and Ex Awards, as well as some neat press.
Cool story bro: I served on the Board of Directors for Coaxial Arts Foundation and the co-founder of the cinema collective Cathode Cinema.
I also did not direct the tour de force feature film, Miami Connection but this song is a banger.
